We are certain you will enjoy our space as much as we do. Recently updated, La Estancia UNIT 2503, is on the 5th floor overlooking Lands End and The Sea of Cortez. There are beautiful ocean and El Arco Land formation views from EVERY ROOM! The enormous patio is the perfect place to watch the frolicking whales while sipping your coffee and/or that afternoon margarita. Our 'eat-in' terrace has plenty of comfy seating, two dining tables, a built-in grill complete with utensils and a small fridge.
This PRIVATELY OWNED (no sale’s pitch here), tranquil oasis has 3 King-Sized beds, a twin pullout sofa bed and a third, full bath making it very comfortable for up to 7 guests.

**We practice Villa La Estancia's commitment to cleanliness. All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected after each stay. We also follow the 'Villa Group Sustainability Model' and offer Energy star GE appliances, reusable plastic cups, trash and recycle bins, refillable soaps/bath gels/shampoos, LED light bulbs, and ceiling fans in every room and on the large patio. Each room has its own thermostat and the A/C shuts off automatically when the glass doors are open, thus conserving electricity. Housekeeping comes every other day to conserve water and energy, but you can arrange daily cleaning directly with the front desk if you wish. Smoking is strictly prohibited at CaboSeaParadise and throughout the Villa Properties.
